FIREARM AND AMMO SALES:

ALL FIREARMS AND NFA ITEMS SHIP TO AN FFL

No Ammunition Sales to: AK, HI, NY, CT, MA.

• You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle ammunition, 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
• We do not accept returns of ammunition.
• All ammunition will be shipped via UPS Ground.
• Please ensure you are purchasing and using the correct type of ammunition for your firearm.

California - All ammunition must ship to an FFL dealer, no exceptions.

Illinois - We require a copy of your FOID card and Drivers License prior to shipping. Please email to sales@chiefmachining.com with reference to your item number.

It is the buyer's responsibility to know your local laws and to provide any additional required documents, documents can be emailed to sales@chiefmachining.com

Made to Order Terms and Conditions:

By ordering from this website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions you hereby understand that the items you are ordering are , made to order items that are created in our shop specifically for your order. These items take time to create, and are typically completed between 3-4 weeks after your order is placed. Once your order is placed we do not allow changes to size, engraving, color or  do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to. If you receive a custom/made to order item from us that is incorrect you may contact our customer team with your order number in the subject line and they will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered. Shipment Details

You will get order number this what we use to reference everything.  Please have this ready if you have questions about lead time or tacking information  

Most popular items are in-stock and will ship in 24 hours if not they need to be made and processed if have any questions email us or call. If you need to meet a special deadline please let us know otherwise if could be 2-4 weeks    

As soon we make the label you will automatically get shipped with tracking number emailed to the address on file at the time of the order. PLEASE CHECK THE SPAM FILTER. We have noticed aol address are getting filtered to spam.   

REFUNDS 

Refund Policy

Non-custom products are eligible for a 100% refund 15 days from the ship date provided on the tracking number.  

Items must be returned free defects including- scratches, dings, dents and blemishes. Buyer pays return shipping no expectations!  A restocking fee of up to 25% will occur
